Our Leadership
Laurell John-Reid, CEO brings over 30 years of healthcare, research, education, and public health expertise to Reidwell Enterprises. She holds a Master of Public Health in Medical Epidemiology, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and certifications in allied disciplines. Laurell has served as a healthcare provider, clinical researcher, and educational leader.
At the world-renowned Winship Cancer Institute at Emory, she coordinated clinical research trials, maintained data collection systems, and compiled reports for principal investigators and monitors.
Laurell’s experience as a nursing Instructor at Northern Caribbean University included student supervision and clinical training in various healthcare settings. Her extensive background in oncology, research coordination, public health assessment, quality assurance, patient education, and regulatory compliance equips Reidwell with the analytical rigor and operational discipline essential for delivering excellence in government and non-governmental contracting environments.
Laurell believes in giving back. Currently, she volunteers to serve cadets as a volunteer medical officer in the local Civil Air Patrol squadron, an auxiliary of the United States Air Force.
Other members of the leadership team include individuals with extensive experience in business administration, leadership, management, media arts, event coordination, strategic planning, human resources, and professional training.
